For licensed healthcare practices. Clinic pricing — buy ten or more and we match it
AAP Medical Register free
Free · for licensed practices

Register free. Order when a patient asks.

Registration is the step before an order, not a version of one. It verifies your licensure once, puts the laboratory paperwork and your state’s ordering scope in writing, and holds the buy-ten term against your account until you have a reason to use it.

No card. No minimum. No opening order. Verification takes one business day.

What registration puts in your hands

  • Licensure verified once and held on file, so an order ships when you place it rather than waiting on a check
  • The performing laboratory’s CLIA certificate number and named assay methods, in writing
  • Who may order each panel under your state’s rules, for your licence type, confirmed in writing
  • The specimen requisition and collection instructions for every panel
  • The buy-ten term recorded against your account for whenever you use it

Prices are public and stay public. You are not registering to see them — they are on the panels page right now.

How it works

Four steps, and only one of them costs anything.

The order is deliberately the other way round from every version of this you have been pitched.

01

Register the practice

A short form and a licence number. There is no payment step, because there is nothing to pay for, and no card is stored.

Free
02

We verify licensure

When it clears you get the laboratory’s CLIA certificate number and assay methods in writing, your state’s ordering scope confirmed for your licence type, and the requisition for each panel.

03

Decide on the listing, separately

Tick the box to appear in the public registry, or leave it and stay unlisted. Either way the account, the pricing and the documentation are identical.

Your choice
04

Order when a patient asks

The trigger is the first patient who wants one of these panels run, not a projection. By then you have the price you already read, the requisition in hand and the buy-ten term on file.

When you are ready
The registry

A public listing is a box you tick, not a condition of registering.

Registered practices may choose to appear in a public registry of clinics offering these panels, so a patient looking for somewhere to have one done can find a practice near them.

Off unless you tick it

It is a separate box at registration, off by default, and you may leave it off permanently. Registered and unlisted is a complete, normal account with the same pricing and the same paperwork.

What a listing carries

Your practice name, address, the panels you chose to show, and a way for a patient to make contact. Nothing about your account — not what you order, at what price, in what volume, or whether you have ever ordered at all.

Free is the whole price

No card at registration, no minimum order, no term and no paid tier behind the free one. A practice can register, be verified, be listed, take enquiries and never buy a kit, and none of that ends the account.

Off again on one email

One email takes the listing back down, actioned the same business day, with no notice period and no exit conversation.

What we are not going to tell you

How many patients a listing sends you. The registry is new, we have no traffic history to show you, and any figure we put beside it would be one we invented. A listing is also not an endorsement of your practice — it says your licence has been verified with us and which panels you chose to show, and nothing beyond that.

Pricing

Nine panels are priced in public. One is on request.

Every price on this site is readable without an account. Where a panel has no published price it is because the performing laboratory has not confirmed its markers and reference ranges — not because we are holding the number back.

The practice
We confirm ordering scope for your licence type in this state.
Optional here. We verify it before anything ships.

You

Panels you want to look at Tick anything you want a quote, a requisition or more information on. Nothing here commits you to an order.

The public listing
Existing laboratory relationships, a compliance constraint, a specialty we have not listed — all useful.

Free. No card, no minimum and no opening order. Registering does put your practice on our contact list — reply once to any email, or say so on the verification call, and the contact stops without closing the account or removing the listing.

Who can register

Licensed medical, dental and allied practices in the United States. We verify licensure before anything ships and before any listing goes up.

Panels are laboratory-developed tests performed by a CLIA-certified laboratory. They are not FDA-cleared for the indications described and do not diagnose, stage or grade disease. Whether a panel is right for a patient is your clinical decision and stays yours.
