General Wellness
CMP, CBC, lipid panel and a full hormone panel — the metabolic baseline every other panel is read against.
What it measures
- Comprehensive metabolic panel — renal and hepatic function, electrolytes, albumin
- CBC with differential — hematocrit, platelets, red and white cell indices

What it is not
It is not a TRT diagnostic on its own. Men's health clinics should ask about the reconfigured TRT Baseline build, which adds PSA, LH, FSH, SHBG, calculated free testosterone and reflexed prolactin.

What it measures
- Germline variants associated with inherited cancer predisposition

What it is not
It is not a cancer detection test and does not indicate whether a patient has cancer now. It does not replace age-appropriate screening.
Pharmacogenetics (PGX)
How a patient metabolises what you prescribe. Drug–gene response across CPIC Level A pairs, from a swab.
What it measures
- Drug–gene response across CPIC Level A pairs
- CYP2D6 — codeine and tramadol metabolism
- CYP2C19 and CYP2C9 — the pathways most often involved in interactions
What it is not
It does not predict whether a drug will work. It describes metabolism, which is one input into a prescribing decision you make.

What it is not
It does not diagnose or grade chronic venous insufficiency; imaging does that. It does not exclude DVT or PE and makes no clot-risk prediction.

Oral Health
Twenty organisms quantified, including all three red-complex periodontal pathogens, plus salivary pH.
What it measures
- Twelve periodontal pathogens — P. gingivalis, T. denticola, T. forsythia, A. actinomycetemcomitans, F. nucleatum and more

What it is not
It is not a screening test for cardiovascular disease, rheumatoid arthritis or dementia. Periodontal disease remains a clinical and radiographic diagnosis.

What it is not
Window periods apply to several infections, so a negative close to an exposure is not a reliable all-clear.
Allergy
Indoor and outdoor IgE allergen panel from a small blood sample.
What it measures
- Specific IgE against a panel of common indoor and outdoor allergens
- Quantitative values against laboratory-defined ranges
What it is not
Specific IgE indicates sensitisation, which is not the same as clinical allergy. Interpretation needs the symptom history.

Cancer Detection Stool
Stool DNA colorectal detection — a shelf-stable box handed over at checkout.
What it measures
- Stool DNA plus blood biomarkers, validated for asymptomatic average-risk screening
- Colorectal cancer — not prostate; no stool assay detects prostate disease
What it is not
Not for a patient with visible rectal bleeding — that is a referral, not a screen. A positive result requires diagnostic colonoscopy.
Respiratory / COVID-19 PCR
Comprehensive respiratory virus PCR panel, self-collected and shipped direct to the laboratory.
What it measures
- PCR across a panel of common respiratory viruses including SARS-CoV-2
- Self-collected swab, prepaid return to the laboratory
What it is not
PCR can remain positive after infectiousness has passed. A result is not on its own a clearance decision.

What it measures

What it is not
We are not publishing an analyte list, a reference range or a price for StemAge until the performing laboratory has confirmed all three. Biological-age scores carry no established clinical cut-point, and StemAge is not a diagnostic test.

Panels collected on the same visit report together to one portal on one requisition, which is why practices that start on one rarely stay on one.
There is no panel here sold as a screen for a systemic condition it has not been validated against, none that claims to predict treatment response, and no fingerstick version of General Wellness — the specimen would not carry the hormone panel that makes it worth ordering. StemAge carries no published analyte list because the performing laboratory has not confirmed one, and we would rather show a gap than fill it with something invented.
