Groups operating across several states are set up centrally — one agreement, one training programme per role, and stock scheduled per site. A group spanning a dozen states is one account, not a dozen.
We publish only the practices that ask to be published. Nothing about your account is public unless you tick the registry box at registration, and it comes down on request the same business day.
Updated 1 September 2026. This page used to read: “We do not publish which practices carry the programme. Partner practices are not listed on this site.” That is no longer true in every case, so we have replaced it in the open rather than quietly deleting it. It now reads: we publish only the practices that ask to be published. No existing practice was moved into the registry — a listing requires an affirmative opt-in. A listing discloses two facts: that the practice’s licence has been verified with us, and which panels it chose to show. It never discloses what a practice orders, at what price, in what volume, or whether it has ever placed an order at all.
We will not tell you a panel is right for your patient. We supply the kit, the laboratory and the paperwork; the clinical decision is yours and stays yours. Nationwide shipping does not change that.
